Winds were down on Thursday, giving Bay sailors some Chesapeake Conditions to play with during Quantum Key West Race Week. And plenty of Bay boats took that opportunity to get back in the action and make some moves up in the leaderboard. Congratulations are in order for everybody involved - this was a banner day across the board.
