Annapolis resident and Laser Radial Masters sailor Ted Morgan is currently representing the Chesapeake Bay at the 2016 Laser World Championships in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The event has pulled 140 sailors from 18 countries into five fleets (including a "75 and older" fleet), and racers have been treated to winds out of the south at a steady 15 mph. Morgan is currently in 18th place in the Master Fleet. And while Morgan is competing in Mexico, his wife, Kim Couranz, was busy on Saturday dominating the Bay fleet.
