How's The Water?

In the summer, favorite swimming holes are one of the best parts of living near the Bay, and now you can easily check on the water quality at the beaches near you and across the U.S. and Canada.

The WaterKeeper Swim Guide includes most official beaches, including dozens around the Bay, stretching from Hampton up to the C&D Canal. Check anytime and anywhere with apps available for Apple and Android users. The Swim Guide website and apps offer easy-to-use maps so you can quickly identify which beaches passed water quality tests (green) and which ones failed water quality tests (red).

Don't see your local beach? The website is set up for users to submit new beaches or become a local swim guide affiliate.
