Portsmouth Boat Club is located on Scott Creek in Portsmouth, Virginia. The club aims to connect boat and water lovers and provide them with ample opportunities to head out on the water. Portsmouth Boat Club participates in multiple races and cruises throughout the year and is not exclusive to sailboaters. PBC also supports an active community of passionate powerboaters.
