Public Hearings for Maryland Boaters on Boat Excise Tax Cap

The bill that proposes a cap in the boat excise tax has now been crossfiled in the House. Capping the excise tax will lead to an increase in boat registrations, more jobs and more spending in the marine industry.

Senate Bill 90 hearing date has been changed to February 20 at 1 p.m. at the Budget and Taxation Committee, 3rd Floor, Miller Senate Building, 11 Bladen St. Annapolis, 21401
