Today is the last day to buy pre-sale tickets ($40) to the Annapolis Oyster Classic on Saturday, November 21. If any tickets are still available after today they will be $50 at the door. The event will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Navy Corps Memorial Stadium, after the Annapolis Running Classic.
This is an event you won't want to miss! Under a heated big-top tent, mingle with friends old and new while listening to awesome local music and enjoying fresh oysters and upscale beer and wine. Four types of oysters will be served, grilled and on the half shell, and paired with specialty wines, premium beers, and hard cider. Food will be provided by Stan and Joe's Saloon, and new this year, a whole, fresh-roasted pig. The performing bands include: Timmie Metz Band, The Eastport Oyster Boys, and Dublin 5.
A general admission ticket includes $25 worth of tickets for drinks and oysters. $5 gets you a beverage or a plate of oysters.
