We launched the YSV RHiB "New Blue" and did a quick survey between the Bridges on Mill Creek in preparation for sailing FJs there on March 21 at the Phoebus sock burning party. The Phoebus sock burning party is a brain child of Chandler Clark Signature Canvas Hampton. The event brings a lot of non sailors to a trafionall sailor event at the Phoebus dinghy dock. The City if Hampton and Phoebus Rvents has embraced the dinghy dock and has asked Youth Sailing Virginia to bring some boats on the water. It is going to be another great day on the water.
