DSC Thursday night racing. Team Master Wayfinders rides! (We were both not sailing with our teams...so we made a new one) First around the windward mark, lost a bit on the second upwind and last downwind. Need to work on leeward mark roundings!! Wound up second place. Should have gybed earlier. Then a thunderstorm rolled through during our dinner at Havana's.

The forecast was 3 to 20. Started out the night with storms all around, and one came up just after the start. Definitely gusting up to and above 20. So much rain. So much lightning. No spray gear. Sailed to the Curtis Bay channel mark and back. The wind died. The wind filled in. In my day, we sailed upwind BOTH WAYS! Well-deserved drinks all around on the way in.
