Back at it again, this time aboard the J/109 "Harm's Way"
J. P. Jones would have been happy to be connected with this boat as she is proper fast.
The team generously offered me the helm for the day. I steered real good and we brought home a 4th place finish.
Joined Kev & Paige again aboard "Fat Molly" for the first SMSA race of the season and man, it was good to be back.
We had a clean, safe race and finished 11th of 14 boats. Not a bad start and only up from here.
Was invited aboard the new boat of two friends Kevin & Paige for an early season test sail.
We put her through her paces through every point of sail including two spinnaker sets and douses.
She moves pretty well for a big girl.
Friends on the Barba Roja followed us around taking photos, then we pressed some of their crew to continue sailing as the BR made an early turn for home.
Back out again after surviving the Great Snow and Sleet of 2026.
Tooling around on the Pax off the Solomons board world and we took a spin under the TJ bridge to inspect the pilings.
Everything looks great.
