Popoki Kai trip to the fuel dock for fuel, ice & provisions Friday 8/14/26, skippers party at East Beach Bay Front club..

Race number 1, Little Creek to Cape Charles, overnight at Oyster Farm Marina, with BBSA party at city waterfront. 8/15/26.

Race number 2 Cape Charles to Hampton & sail home 8/16/26 

Mon. 8/03/26 - Theo's first day of sailing camp at HYC, filled by Captain's on the water sailing school on the Hobie Wave

Tues. 8/04/26 - Secnd day at HYC in Opti, afternoon on Captians Hobie Wave at East Beach, including names & parts of boats, assembly & rigging  lessons

Wed 8/05/26 Third day at HYC sailing camp, in Opti, afternoon at East Beach, Captain's Hobie wave sailing up & down the beach, followed by kayaking.

Thur 8/06/26 Fourth day at HYC sailing camp,sailing Opti, afternoon at East Beach sail Hobie Wave to LCR "J": bes Hobie day of the year, surrounded by 50+dolphins, best viewing of the year.

Fri 8/07/26 Last day of HYC sailing camp, sailed a Sonar with the whole class; in the afternoon, Hobie Wave with little brother & mom, up & down East Beach.

We'd 7/15/26 - 5th race in series 3 of Wed night Little Creek Racers, line honors & first in spin class 

Wed 8/19/26 - 5th race in series 4 of Wed night Little Creek Racers, over early at the start, with foul on restart, still caught all but 4 boats.

Wed 8/26/26 - 1st race in series 5 of Wed night Little Creek Racerd, great night for a race, wind 12-18 knots from ESE, 2nd in Spin class, by only 18 seconds, 

Wed 9/02/26 - 2nd race in series 5 f Wed night Little Creek Racers, winds 7-17 knots from ENE, finish 1st in spin class with 5 1/2 minute margin over the second boat, & line honors overall.

Fri 7/03/26 - Another outstanding Hobie Day, 8-12 knts SW, 82 deg, sunny, 7:45 am start time while there was still wind.

Mon 7/6/26 - Another great Hobie Day, 8-12 knits WSW, sunny, 80 deg, 8:00 am start. Whole Chesapeake Bay to myself again.

Wed. 7/08/26 - Great Hobie day, ENE 10-15 knts, waves 1-2 ft great for surfing, later afternoon, dolphin sightseeing 

Fri 7/10/26 - Excellent Hobie Day, winds NE 10-15, choppy water. 

Tues7/14/26 - Another excellent Hobie day, winds WSW 8-12 knots, waves 1-2 ft, J-K-J-R3-G4-EB

Sat 7/17/26 - outstanding dolphin watching day, from East Beach to CBBT.

Fri 7/24/26 - a very bouncy Hobie day with the 4 grandchildren, winds 12-18 knots NE, waves 1-2 ft, rough water but exillerating sailing with the kids, multiple ferry trips to the beach.

Sat 7/25/26 - rough waves & light winds, make for a challenging Hobie day for the end of Grandparent camp.
