Three races scored. Total drifters. Had a fun drag race finish with Stillwater on the last race and finished 2nd right ahead of them.
Helmed Harriet. Had a killer start. And a solid race. Finished 3rd.
300 NM. 3 crew. Super fun. Got to tour the Big Sur coast from water up close during the daytime. Stood solo watches overnight. Anchored in San Simeon. Best time with some great pals.
Relatively long course for a light wind day - Pinos to mp6 to X. Saw a wildfire start on shore and the bombers dumping flame retardant on it. A long downwind leg with many many jibes but great practice to be on a sym foredeck again! Dreamer (Olson 25).
Bumpy rollers. Light wind. Major shifts. Small current. 4th overall. Rough downwind leg, but rewarded with a beautiful sunset!
