Took a Freedom 20 out to work on sailing technique. Winds were so light we couldn't get the extensive battens to switch sides easily. Saw the Kalmar Nyckel come in.

BCYA Summer Solstice race was cancelled, but Akimbo and Dorothy Gail still did a 22 mile course out past Hart Miller Island. Sailed with Andrew and Peggy and Maryanne. Had to put in the first reef during the trip. Motor conked out, got back at 2AM

We stayed close to the docks due to the weather. Everybody off the water by about 6:45. At least we got out there!
