With a "new-to-us" boat there has been a long list of items that need to addressed. Currently at 75 days of maintenance (only 10 count), areas that have been tackled include the following:
12/16/2022: Moved the new boat from Safe Harbor Z's to SMSA in preparation for the boat being hauled for the winter.
11/29/2022: Bought a "new to us" boat and delivered her from Annapolis to Solomons, MD
11/30/2022: Delivered "new to us" an X-Yacht 4.3 from Annapolis to Solomons
10/27/2022: Moved boat to allow for mast removal (new rigging) and return to our alternate slip (tide was too low to put the boat back on our lift)
11/21/2022: intended to move boat back to the lift after a pump out on 11/19, but the tide was too low. Planned to put it back on the lift on 11/20 prior to Frostbite #4 which would be at high tide. However, thanks to the strong north winds, the tide was much lower than predicted and even at high tide there was insufficient water to get the boat back on the lift, so we finally were able to move the boat today.
