Potomac River Sailing Association Capital City Regatta for ILCA. Sailed 1 race saturday in very light wind and 6 races Sunday in wind that started in the upper teens and eased to just under double digits by the end of the day. Spent some time upside down a few times and had to contend with wet teltales that wouldn't fly. Tied for the lead and won the regatta on the tiebreaker.
