When the opportunity came up for Dave and I to sail together, we both jumped on the opportunity. Dave handled the boat. I was mostly a passenger. We tacked several times before getting out into the middle of the Bay. Just before we reached the mid-channel mark, the wind died on us. We motor sailed back in the river, where we put up the yankee again and managed to sail most of the way back to Back Creek. It was definitely a "top day!"
