Just me and the ducks this morning. After I got out in the Severn I started going through rafts of stuff scraping against the hull. Eventually I realized it was slush, or pre-ice... I'm sure the Inuit have a good name for it. Anyway, slowed me down a bit but it didn't seem to be hurting the boat so I kept going.
Oh, besides me and the ducks there was a lovely cutter out in the Horn Point anchorage, lo tho it had in-mast furling.
