The Bay was very calm this evening. I watched the Pilot Boat (PILOT EXPRESS) drop off a Bay Pilot to a large yellow Ro-Ro Ship, which can transport over 5000 vehicles. I watched the ship while it pulled up the anchor and headed to Baltimore.
