55 degrees and most, but not all, of the ice is finally gone. Could get past the Herald Harbor boat ramp today, which I couldn't yesterday, so that's progress. Ran into a sailing buddy also out on his kayak so we had a companionable time kayaking across the Severn and back. Felt like a cool fall day.
