Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica

Thirteen days at sea as the mate aboard FALKEN, a sleek and powerful Farr 65. We sailed slow downwind in 6kts of breeze, we sailed fast upwind in 40kts of breeze. It was all or nothing the whole way. We caught a beautiful Mahi Mahi; we made ceviche and fish tacos. We flew the kite after much deliberation as to how to run the lines (we'd collectively only flown it twice). The wildlife was abundant and freakishly active (including Manta Rays doing flips for hours on end). The company was excellent and the food wasn't half bad. I even made croissants! A fulfilling and exhausting two weeks.
