Transom work on the Cape Dory. Finally got the delaminated transom epoxied back together. Wood transom had absorbed water leading to warping resulting in delamination of the inner skin. Kept covered for a long time for the moisture content of the wood to go down, which helped the deformation. Cleaned out area, then filled with West System 610 and clamped. Lots of clamps, lots of 610. Now to do some clean up, seal the top with more epoxy, and a coat of varnish over that for prettification.
