Today marks Day 100 on the water! I actually had a lot more days, but I couldn't count them.
We spent the afternoon decorating Akimbo for the Baltimore Parade of Lighted Boats. Ali, Jeanie, Anne, and Hicham did a great job with the decorations, given the constraints of doing this at the last minute. It was a very foggy day. It got foggiest around 4:30 pm, as we set off from the DSC to Anchorage Marina to line up. The parade itself was a lot of fun. We were second in line, and the crowds at Fell's Point and the Inner Harbor were very appreciative. We got a lot of compliments. We did two passes around the harbor and went to Anchorage Marina again for the post-parade awards. Although we didn't win anything, we had a great time and felt appreciated! Overall, it was a great day to wrap up #SpinSheet100 and officially join the Century Club.
