Alan and I took the Kiwi Kruzer out to the Potomac to float and read. Nice temp, good breeze, which made the water a bit choppy, but great day to be out. I sustained a major injury when we were coming in tho, was grabbing the rope on the dock when somehow the left pinkie fingernail got bent backwards and I broke the nail. Lest anyone think I'm a wimp, and I'm crying over a broken fingernail, it did break below the quick and bled for a bit, so I am justified in categorizing this as a major injury. Now I can't cook dinner, clean the house, or water the lawn. Believe me. I'm milking this for what its worth.
