  • The departure didn't go quite the way we planned

Jen, Kelly, Snow, and I sailed out to Curtis Bay and back in gusty conditions. We got some practice reefing while hove-to, and took on water a few times. Afterwards, I atteneded race committee training, during which we tooled around in powerboats and practiced setting marks.
