What a horrendous awful misery of a start. We sat at R2 for a couple of sad hours, and then beat to St Mary's in a wide range of wind conditions, none of which were good for Huzzah, for about 25 hours. I'm sure that has to be a record. We finished during the awards ceremony I think. Bleh. Anyway, had a fun raft up with Basta once we got there and then the return on Sunday was WAY more fun tbh. Glad to have done it, and at least one way was awesome. lol
(by awesome, of course I mean, failing to dodge the myriad lines of storm cells and getting almost knocked down by a 40kt "pink radar donut" sitting over us for several minutes...it was great haha.)
