Spent several days consulting with Kiwi prop service center in Canada. Historically 3 blade feathering prop had been fouling last season and laboring engine significantly! Had to dissasemble and lubricate but put back incorrectly. The placement of the rollers is critical and also the tension spring. Spent 3 agonizing days looking at YouTube videos, sending Kiwi pics and asking questions, reconfiguring etc! Ultimately I had to send it to Canada Sevice Center where they totally refurbished it and got it back in time to place on the shaft and be ready just in time for my spash date on 4/22. Kiwi prop service guys were excellent responding to my texts, questions, videos etc before I finally decided just to ship the prop to them for service. Sent out on April 8th after multiple attempts to fix myself and received it back on April 19 and installed on shaft the next day.
