Lunch-time sail

Went out for a three hour cruise.  Had lunch of kippers. Crackers and wine on the way to the whistle buoy that was the first mark in Cape Henry Cup.  then reached toward Hampton and single tacked back to Little Creek.  wind started at 7 let's and settled at 10-12 for most of the time.  Saw mostly 7 kts during the closehauled leg.  Exhilarating. Big debate over whether we are at 15 or 20 degrees heel.
