Heavy winds and chop as we went out to the racecourse so RC cancelled for the evening. Decided to stay out for a little bit and saw 7.2kts surfing down a wave with just the main up. One crew member commented about sailing all the way back to the dock which turned into a challege. We almost had it but a gust right at the end pushed us too fast to get in the slip and we threw on the motor to finish docking.
