The day started off beautifully, so I put off kayaking until I checked the weather channel at 2pm which predicted a storm, so I dashed off into the sea to beat the weather. Of course, it got windy and rainy minutes after I ventured out. But determined to get my "day on the water" I paddled into the wind thinking it'll be a breeze on the return trip but of course by the time I turned around the wind had died and the sun came out. The creature on the other shore was laughing at me as were the osprey I disturbed by being too close to them.
