Picnic with Freedom Rowers after the scrimmage
At 9am, I rowed stroke seat in the Vespoli VIII, which finished second of three in a 1500 meter race from marker 21 to Easton Point. The boys varsity team defeated us soundly. Then an hour later, I rowed bow seat in our Vespoli IV, which finished 3rd of 5, defeated by two Freedom Rowers teams. We gathered for a picnic ashore and a baby shower for coach Chloe Allen.
