Oops, sideways; From last year, the gray stuff on the prop seems to work
The weather has finally warmed up so I took the opportunity on a nice hot day to scrub the boat bottom and prop then go for a short sail. Had a lot of green stuff a foot or so below the waterline and mostly on the starboard (sunny) side. The prop only had a few barnacles but the strut and shaft were coverd in 3/8" of green felt. I had sprayed zink paint on the prop and will try spraying the strut as well next year.
A pretty light air day for aimless daysail across the Bay afterward.
