SH practice in miserable wind

Went out for an hour and a bit to get a few more quick stops in for domino swirl practice, but it was SO shitty and flakey, AND was oscillating more than 180 degrees every few minutes, AND the heat felt much worse than I expected in the low 90s. Drank a liter of water and a liter of electrolyte stuff and still felt nauseous. Ended up dropping the main for downwind docking, wind oscillated 90 degrees, dropped to almost nothing, had to rock from the back of the boat so I could steer, just, ugh. Docked fine but only got in 2 "quick" stops the whole time and definitely overheated. Bleh.
