Kayaked across the creek to burnt house. The sailboat that's been anchored in the water for over 5 years and apparently abandoned is gone! Looks like some building is going on there. Saw lots of seagulls, they seem to have replaced the osprey which are long gone. Haven't seen one in a while. Gone for the winter, there were far less here than usual. Not sure what's going on.
