Greenbury Point towers
Impossible to overstate the joys of getting up early to catch the sunrise from the water. The best ones seem to come just before or just after rain, but they each have their own character. Today the water was glassy. Sometimes I'll go out to get photos of cargo ships on the Bay but today I just idled out to the mouth of Back Creek and took in the colors. I try to get in position 20-30 min before scheduled sunrise for the best colors. Once the sun is up it tends to flatten things out very quickly (still beautiful, though).
Today puts me 33 1/3 of the way to the Century Club achievement.
