We headed out to the Bay hoping to catch the BAP UNION Tall Ship from Peru at the Bay Bridge after leaving Baltimore. It was foggy, windy, rough and raining on the Bay. The Ship was delayed and decided to leave Baltimore in the morning. A rough ride home.
