York River Yacht Club, in Gloucester Point, VA, has a member base of individuals who are passionate about being on the water. Members enjoy racing, cruising, and socializing. YRYC holds a Wednesday Night Racing Series from April through September, and a Frostbite Racing Series on Sunday nights in the fall. Cruises take place up and down the Chesapeake, and occasionally stray outside its waters.
