The Chesapeake Bristol Club (CBC) summer cruise started with some stormy weather, but it didn't dampen our spirits. Fleet Captain Marty Suydam plotted our cruise from Baltimore and points north.
After two days exploring Baltimore, we sailed on to Grays Inn Creek to enjoy watching the fireworks from Rock Hall. Unfortunately the show was aborted after 20 minutes due to a technical error. We then moved on to Osprey Point Marina for a 2 day layover to cool off in the pool and enjoy delicious meals at the Osprey Point Inn and Bay Wolf Restaurant. Our next event will be our annual crab fest on Saturday, August 17.
CBC is a sailing organization for sailboat owners of all makes and models who enjoy sailing the Bay. Newcomers are welcome. For more information, please visit us at CBClub.info.
