Back Creek YC celebrated its 12th Annual Commodore’s Ball at which its new officers were installed on January 25-26 at the Loew’s Annapolis Hotel.
The new officers installed for 2014 are: Commodore: Bill Kranzer; Vice Commodore: Bob Higginbotham; Rear Commodore: Jamie Ritter; Fleet Captain: Terry Bidnick; Secretary: Bonnie Hetzel; Treasurer: Mary Bowie; and Board Members: Mary Ross; Mark Cline; Colin Soucy; Patti Bartlett; Steve Cavin; and Westbrook Murphy.
Dinner was: Duet of Seared Crabcake with Dijon Butter and Filet of Beef with Cabernet Cippolini Demi Glaze, Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes, Jumbo Asparagus Spears, Dinner Rolls, and Chefs Choice Dessert. Dancing to the Taki Barbarians and a silent auction were featured.
Club members will be attending the Navy Basketball Game on February 15th followed by dinner nearby.
