The Alerion Express 18 Chesapeake Bay Fleet completed its fourth season of one-design racing in 2015. One of the Fleet’s favorite events is Boatyard Bar & Grill Regatta to Benefit CRAB. Pictured here are two of this year’s competitors heading for a downwind mark in a fresh breeze. The Regatta’s pursuit format and government marks, once around course layout are a refreshing change from the windward/leeward format of most of the other one-design events.
