Established in 1970, Rock Creek Racing Association was formed to promote sailboat racing on the Patapsco River, just east of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. The group welcomes members of all expereince levels, and aims to educate them through spending a season racing and training on the water. Members are passionate about Chesapeake Bay racing and sailing, and gladly accomodate and welcome new members.
