I t was another hot day on the water. I liked this ramp better than any other. It has hand rails!
Century Club: Susan StGeorge
No wind means you can go places on the Potomac. We started out having drinks at Salt . Then James drove us to the Chesapeake Bay to say we'd drop me it. We came back up at George creek and under the bridge to Olga's house.
Pleasant evening kayak with a small group. Blake, from Missouri joined our group for the first time.
Out on Olga and Jame's boat before the storm
Brought two friends , Olga and gurson, and they were great. We actually had pretty good wind and used the spinnaker on the last leg. Olga helped!
Avoided the storms somehow and had a lovely 3 mile paddle.
We had no wind, then a lot of wind, back to no wind and then too much wind!
Storms ruled in the morning but calm was all we experienced on our paddle. We saw many types of birds on the way to the beaver dam.
We crossed the Potomac but didn't know where they sold gas. We got gas then went to salt for a cold one
