get Sunsets come early these days but it's still warm enough for a paddle on St. George Creek.

Beautiful fall day with winds 10-12. Able to jibe the spin several times after a rocky start. Engine trouble so we sailed back to the pier.
My friend Margaret visited me from Scottsdale Arizona. It was her first time kayaking.
Another beautiful October sail across St George Creek.
Blowing 6-7 sailed my 14 ft hobiecat over and back. It was a beautiful and warm October day.
Set out just before low tide. Two big finds were a whole bottle and a snapping turtle shell.
Put in at 4:30 pm at the forest Landing boat ramp. The weather was wonderful as welll as the fall colors
Sailed across St. George creek to Cherryfield Point. Very light wind.
Winds were much stronger and we got wet! Did a little cartwheel at the end. We had theee people on a 16 and it helped. Thought about trying the trapeze but on a calmer day in the future.
