Another beautiful Saturday on the bay in Virginia Beach. I was given a 14 to sail to Bouy 44 restaurant and was a passenger on the return trip.
Century Club: Susan StGeorge
No much wind but it makes for a pleasant sail. The wind turned around 1/2 way through and picked up a bit. I need some tell tales!
Southern Maryland Paddlers set out on a windy night. And returned with almost no wind.
Getting chilly but still managed a sunset kayak.
Invited to sail a 14 ft hobie with four other boats from near Ft Story to Bouy 44 restaurant for lunch. Winds filled in on the way back and I switched out for a 16 ft hobie cat.
Sun popped out for a few at the end of the day
Very calm night with a little drizzle. Just tow of us showed up.
Solo kayak with a little wind and waves.
St. George island flooded today but didn't stop me from going for a sunset kayak.
Took Whirlaway up the bay from Solomon's to Annapolis all day Friday. I slept on the boat and we raced back with 9 people. What started out to be a light wind day turned into a windy day. Boat motor gave out close to home and sailed into the slip.
