Ride out to Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse aboard the "Bodaciou" from the Annapolis Maritime Museum on Back Creek. Docked at lighthouse and spent 1.5 hours touring and learning its history. Great job by all including the docents that know all the details of life at the lighthouse.

Afternoon sail in 5-10 k winds, hot temp 85+.
Light to no wind made race start difficult. After little success crossing starting line in a reasonable time, dnf. Lesson in sailing during very light wind.
2 hour kayak ride on SR & BC.
Took 4 students out on their 1st sail. Incredible talent hopefully encourages their interest in the sport.
Light and variable winds. 3 races, the 1st a 2 lap. Off to a great start, but a jib sheet override near the windward mark, dropped us to 3rd. Wilbur Keyworth came out and took some professional pictures
