There was a lot of motorboat wakes to deal with this Memorial Day weekend. Couple with light winds, we often founf ourselves sailing backwards. Luckliky we had enough moments of decent wind to teach the students what we want them to learn. Great boat!
It was a crazy few days teaching on the Chesapeake Bay when the Bay was inundated with boats coming to watch the Blue Angels. The Blue Angels practiced on Tuesday and did the official show on Wednesday. My students handled it super well
We had light winds for two days and lots of motor boat chop on Sunday. Our students were not able to certify under these conditions so imvired them back for a day with better wind.
Worked on the Rainbows; checking running rigging, reef lines, and safety equipment.
It was a brisk morning on the Chesapeake with just one student.
Crazy weather!!
Worked the pin boat for this regatta
We got wind!! It was shifty at first but I was happy to have it.
