Morning SUP. Tried getting up to paddle before having to get the kids up. Worked out nice, saw the sunrise and had a good fast paddle in calm conditions, but the tracker failed so couldn't get stats. Later in day visited Chesapeake Light Craft to refine kit decision.

Morning SUP. Before work. Knee feeling much better, was more careful on the mount. First set of inlet marks to Little Magothy tour. SE wind, good upwind downwind workout, although pace off due to lack of time on the water. Ospreys, Great Blue Herons, Cormorants, Redwing Blackbirds, Canvasback Ducks, Laughing Gulls. Lots of Lionshead Jellies.
