No wind for racing, but we "left the dock" to get to the crane and get the boat packed up.

We got within sight of the finish line when the wind shut off and the race was abandoned.
The fiberglass supporting the starboard winch failed, so we had to use the port winch to trim the headsail on both tacks to finish the race. Sporty conditions with wind in the 20s and possible gusts in the 30s. Had a great time sailing with Isaac and his buddy Scott.
Days 1 and 2 were humbling to say the least. It was really cool to see how the dynamics change in big fleets especially regarding positioning. Day 3 there wasn't enough wind to get a race off, but we still went out and bobbed around for a bit.
We had to reattach the freshly welded pushpit into the newly repaired fiberglass deck. Then the Spiffernauts took the boat for a spin to get some practice in for the J/24 North American Championship.
Day 1 had no wind, so we didn't get any races in, but we did go out on the water to wait it out. Day 2 we got some races in and had a great time.
