Took my sunfish out for the first time this year. Fixed up tiller/rudder during winter, and the varnish looks great. Wind was blowing 20+ when took it out today and had a blast.

Today I put our little Whaler SL 16 into the water. Took a quick spin around the Severn River and docked it in our community marina.
Went out for another day with my family and sister on her 24' Sundancer. Cruised through the canals of Ft. Laurderdale and out to the intercoastal. Beach boat on sandbar and enjoyed a relaxing time.

Did a lot of prep this year to get the boats ready this year for the season, and the kids helps a bunch. For the sunfish, put on a new cam cleat and re-varnished the tiller/rudder (Ellie did a good job sanding). For the Whaler, put on bottom paint, worked on the electrical some, meant to put on a depth finder (but failed to find time to do it), and cleaned up a lot of stuff on the boat. Looking forward to a fun season on the water.
