Another personal record 3.56mph. the Horn Point ospreys are still on the nest and the anchored Blue Angels visitors are mostly departed.
Naughty USNA launch left the YP basin with no warning but I suppose they are greatly more manoverable.

Quite a few boats out in the Severn but only one where I had to dodge it. I beat the cruise ship American Bagel so no problems there. Nice big rolling wave action. Average speed 3.5 mph which I think is a record for Sophie.

Very calm flat row. "Nerri" the watersnake was back from her winter hiatus and on post around the Maritime museum dock. Coming back from the row I was delayed for several minutes because the beach was wall-to-wall ducklings.
Warm and windless today. Several cormorants fishing and the ospreys are all nesting.
Six to ten boats anchored near the harbor and I had to dodge a couple that were on their way out.
The NRS Farmer John wetsuit is retired for the season. I in tights now which are still pretty warm on this morning where the air and water are above 60f.
No signs of fish out in the Severn but saw a couple of cormorants and a heron flying overhead.
Pics to follow when I can edit them.
The Severn was a little too choppy this morning to be having a fun row so I let myself be blown up Back Creek instead. Mallards, Canada Geese, seagulls, and cormorants.
