Today midday the logistics Naval vessel ANTARES come down the Bay and anchored in the Annapolis Anchorage. Always an interesting maneuver to watch.

Sunday, fun day, DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! From watching a wooden boat race to witnessing an amazingly glassy bay and beautiful sunset, it was fabulous. Pics posted in reverse order because the sunset pics are pretty nice to look at....

This afternoon's boat excursion cut short by currently audible thunder, but I love watching these massive ship cranes in action, as they were this afternoon!

If you wait long enough, there's lots to see out on the water, as was the case this morning...! And then I went back out tonight!! Gorgeous!!
  • Sailboat motoring with bare poles down the Bay this morning....
  • These guys still hanging at anchor....
  • Great to catch a Navy YP vessel out doing some drills, including man overboard....
  • Navy YP vessel headed up to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge for more maneuvers....
  • It's back to the work grind post Labor Day weekend....
