Starting in Annapolis on Moonlight Sail owned by Dr. Marshall and Susan Steele, we sailed most of the way to Washington DC. Quaint peaceful anchorages, wildlife and beautiful sunsets, even the harvest full moon! From small towns like Colonial Beach and Leonardtown to cities like Alexandria and Washington, D.C., this cruise is terrific, and beyond our expectiations. Spectacular fall weather, terrific fall sailing, games, swimming, kayaking, and ending up at the Wharf and Capital YC. Also enjoyed Old Dominion Boat Club. Highlight of DC. Was the Moonlight Tour of the Monuments, just spectacular! The fleet is headed home now, but I came home on Sunday.
