Sailing on "Spanky" in Norfolk Inner Harbor with Frank Lira

Took the spinnaker, which had not been used in several years, out of storage, found all necessary lines were present and they and the kite were in very good condition.  Rigged spin.  Frank drove while I flew the spin.- no other sails were used.  Weather:  74 deg. (!); wind 6-10; mostly sunny.
